The
goal of this project was to create a game adapation of the book "Interesting Times" and produce a machinema to illustrate how the story would be told in the game, primarily in regard to using cutscenes. My biggest contribution to the project was the script for the machinema which I wrote together with Elroy Aarts.
I was also in charge of documenting our conversion of the story to another medium. Some changes had to be made because of restrictions of the medium, the assignment itself (we needed to tell our story within ten minutes), and tools we were using. In the documentation I specified what changes we made throughout the project and justified why we made them.
I worked on this project with a team of five people. For the sake of clarity, the document provided only contains my contributions to the project and it is thus only part of the complete document delivered. The machinema below shows the end result of the project.
