Age of Wonders III

Age of Wonders III is a 4X turn-based strategy game developed by Triumph Studios. The game is set in a high fantasy world where players rule their empire and fight against other empires in a struggle for power. Players can customise the leader of their empire by choosing from a variety of races, classes, and magic specialisations. These choices determine what type of units, spells, and technologies are available to the player and thus result in a large variety of playstyles.

Purgatory

Purgatory is a 4 player co-op Hero Defense game in which players battle hordes of enemies in order to defend their base. Inspired by the Tower Defense genre and games such as DOTA, League of Legends, and Diablo, Purgatory is a game where up to 4 players can fight cooperatively against large AI armies. Each player has a unique set of abilites at their disposal to combat the forces of heaven. Death is able to fear its enemies, making them harmless in combat, while conquest can take over enemy minions. Famine can use diseases to infect entire armies and War is able to incite a rebellion amongst heaven’s ranks, causing them to fight each other.

Desolation is a vertical slice and proof-of-concept for a single-player horror game that I designed. The game's emphasis, as suggested by its title, lies on letting the player experience complete desolation and all the horror that comes with it.

Oikonomia is an educational game developed in collaboration with the Dutch Tax office. The goal of the game is to raise awareness and educate children (primarily middle schoolers) about the purpose of taxes.

2 Puzzled 2 Solve

2 Puzzled 2 Solve is an assymetric game developed for the smartphone and tablet platform. One player plays the game as a platfomer who has to complete levels by moving from point A to point B, collecting coins on the way. Meanwhile, the other player is playing a puzzle game, manipulating the levels to allow the platform player to navigate through them, collect the coins, and reach the end of each level. With their different roles, players have to cooperate with each other to complete each level.
